Whilst every best effort and endeavour will be made by musindie to verify satisfactory Privacy Policies with all business services partners, we do not control or administer such policies and therefore this specific Privacy Policy applies only to the activities and operations of the musindie website.

This may include for example activities which we identify as being illegal or unethical or any acts of inappropriate website activity by members including harassment, intimidation, bullying, defamation or other such behaviour actionable under civil or criminal law.

  • 4.1To register as a member of musindie you must be at least 13 years of age. For members under 18 years of age we will also ask for a parental / guardian name, contact details and confirmation and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. This will be particularly relevant and applicable to any financial transactions occurring through the site where the minimum age for initiation and management of such transactions is 18 (eighteen) years of age.
